This was the most positive experience I’ve ever had at a Valvoline before! I usually dread getting an oil change because the technicians don’t really explain anything to me and it makes me feel kind of dumb sometimes, but Liv was the absolute opposite of every experience I’ve had previously. She is so enthusiastic, kind, and welcoming, and she made me feel so much more comfortable. She took the time to explain things to me that nobody else had before, which I really appreciated because I don’t have a car-savvy person around to tell me these things that most people assume are “Common Sense”. Today was an A+ experience because of her and I will be making sure to return to this location exclusively from now on. Management, she is a great hire!

The manger Noah is absolutely a disgrace to this company. I first handly have seen how he decides to treat his employees and specifically his employees that are not white. He is probably the most rude human I have an encountered and am genuinely surprised he is in a leadership position. I have learned he got voted out of the Plymouth store and I can see why. Never would I want someone like him even touching my vehicle. Genuinely very disappointed with the management with this company. Also very disappointed someone like Noah was given type of position. This really makes me see the true values of this company and what they actually stand for. Clearly, it is nothing positive . It was the Zane st location in Elk River and I will happily provide dates and times this occurred. I will never be trying to any valvoline after this.
