Crew did not seem very friendly or personable like usual. Invoice checklist had boxes checked but they did not check them, like the air filter, cabin filter, radiator, battery

The staff there were absolutely phenomenal. I believe her name was Lizzy, the one who helped us. She had great energy and you could tell that her crew enjoyed their jobs which you don't see very often. They were speedy but very thorough with their work. I have seen many reviews about how great Lizzy is, and I think she deserves a raise for her great work and great energy!
