Staff aruged with me about using the evac to take the oil out of my car, which I did not want it done that way. They did pull the drain plug but continted to argued about using the syastem to evac. Then I asked him not to check my two filters and air presure of my tires and argued about that too. I just came from the tire store and had that done an hour before I went to get the oil changed. Staff then told me he was just tring to do his job, I was not happy about it at all. Next time I'll go to a different valvoline to get my oil changed and I've been going here for a long time. I was very upset when I left here, I will not return here again, I will not be argued with again.

There was a machine malfunction with the transmission fluid flush machine. It took way too long, minimum 45 minutes, for this to be communicated to me. Then it took over another hour to get me on my way. I at one point had zero power once vehicle was in drive, then engine light came on with 3 different codes. These codes were not communicated to me and just attempted to be erased. I was told there was 1 code, after the fact, that was just showing low transmission fluid. They started pouring in tons of fluid and then had me leave, with my engine light still on. I did take this to the dealership where they had to add 2 more qrts of fluid. Iu2019d like to emphasize that outside of some communication issues, probably due to stress, the employee (Derek) did his best. He was very kind. At the end of the day, I wasted 2 hours here and my toddlers were SO upset. It was supposed to be a 20 minute trip. 2 hours and $90 later I got an oil change and then had to go straight to the dealership after. I wasted my whole day on this and itu2019s just infuriating.
