2.0 out of 5.0

So, the actual visit was on Oct 1st around the 6pm CDT hour (I’d know because was on the way home from work, heading to an appointment); to preface the next paragraph, just want to say I do like visiting Valvoline for my regular oil changes. May be pricy, but at least it can be consistent (for most part). So why am I only now getting an invoice for what I’m assuming is my visit on that day (when I was inspecting my check engine light and other stuff like my tires)? So weird, and frankly not of the quality I know the brand could be. Overall the visit was fine (eventually got my Check Engine situation resolved by visiting other facilities in the area, visiting here helped point in right direction at least), but this is too bizarre.
