Not my experience but I was with a friend of mine, she doesn’t want her name out there but one of the managers, Dylan, was consistently flirting with her. Not doing this job and was yelling at another employee who was working on another car to finish my friends up. Dylan made my friend extremely uncomfortable, also tried selling her an air filter when we had just put a new one in there a day prior...claiming hers was pretty clogged. She was up to maintenance on her cabin air filter and wind shield wipers which then again, he tried to claim she needed new ones. Everyone out there make sure you ask to see your “clogged” filters and so called “worn out” windshield wipers. I’m a mechanic and I normally do all the maintenance on my friends car but this was the only time she’s been to a fast lube place. One thing he also tried doing was up-charging a transmission flush. Again, not my experience but my friends.

Service was half decent however the huge oil stain left on my driveway from the lack of simply wiping off the skid plate was disappointing.
Sure seems to be lack of either pride or poor management. Definitely a mistake coming here. As someone who previously worked at Valvoline (store 47). I was disappointed in the lack of safety concerns and work ethic.

Slowest spot I’ve ever seen “instant oil change” more like wait an hour for them to still not be working on your car
