I drive a fleet vehicle that is only 5 months old, they received approval to replace my wiper blades (which were working perfectly) from the fleet department but never asked me how they were working. When they went to replace them, I questioned "why" and they stated that they were approved. I found this as an attempt to gouge my fleet department for parts not needed as I am responsible for my vehicle expenses. I have always had positive experiences at this location but this experience was very off putting

I’m very happy with my experience today. The crew that worked on my car were friendly and super honest and helpful. I wasn’t pressured to buy things. Mario and Khory especially were fantastic and showed me what they saw underneath that may be an issue to look into more and were honest on the work and happy to take pictures for me. This was the best interaction i’ve had at a valvoline. I will definitely come back to this location and hope they’re the ones to help again! Also the man that was checking the tire pressure, usual light check and filling up the washer fluids trying to get me in quickly this busy afternoon was great too. Super friendly i just didn’t get a chance to get his name.
