Overall satisfied with my service. The staff were all stellar and did a great job. No complaints there at all. My only issue is that opting for VIOC over my local dealer is a significant step up in cost. I can get my oil changed, INCLUDING tire rotation, new oil and filter, and multi-point inspection for $80, versus about $130-$135 at VIOC. So extra services for a roughly 40% cost savings. I LOVE VIOC, and get great service every time. But wish it was more affordable compared to competitors.

We got there someone came out to us right away with a smile and said it would be about 30 mins or so, it was longer then that bc q different car was having more services done so they moved us to the other lane . Got in there around 45 mins maybe 1 hour later or so.. the guy asked us everything read us things that we may not know about or understand.. they all did a great job.. I had a coupon for 25.00 off so that was good .. the oil changes are expensive for what I usually pay but the coupon helped ty for great service
