The employees were absolutely great, super friendly, and answered all of my questions honestly. However, this particular Valvoline, despite being one of the few that had my European oil, was lacking in supplies. They didn’t have my oil filter, but allowed me to bring one in from O’Reillys. They didn’t have the right equipment to rotate tires, and were out of windshield washer fluid. It’s a bummer when you have to pay a ton for a full synthetic oil change and then go out and buy windshield washer fluid and pay more to have your tires rotated elsewhere. I miss the days when you used to get all the services in one place. 😔

The service was through, however, very SLOW and every technician was loud and talked about , not enough sleep, dyslexia, needing a hair tie for the only male up top. Sat forever because the technicians were I knowledgeable of job, and two females were extremely LOUD.
