We have been getting our oil changed here for years on multiple cars and they always have been very knowledgeable and professional, Not so much today. (With the exception of the guy checking us in. He was very good). The young man directing us in was motioning us to come in but was chatting and laughing looking off to the side. We ended up backing up and doing it over. Good thing we knew he wasn’t paying attention or we may have ended up in the pit. My husband was actually worried if they were paying attention when changing the oil. It was obvious the one was a trainee and not getting trained well. Didn’t seem to be taking the job too serious. Not sure what happened to your normal staff but we were uncomfortable getting our oil changed today,

This place decided to cut and zip tie. My wife's Audi skid plate up and it's been a nightmare ever since and they keep telling us they would never do something like that but they did and now we are three times into trying to fix a skid plate. The place is an absolutely s*** show. This is why you don't hire kids to work on your cars
