The service on July 6th on my Mazda was great...the service for my Toyota Rav4 on 6/27 was the bad experience but I was not sent a survey after that visit. They need to listen to the customer!! I told the worker I will replace my filters air and cabin...and dont mess woth the tires as they were done the day before. Told him I just wanted an oil change...nothing else. He proceeded to take out my cabin air filter anyways and throw it across the bay into the garbage can. Then opened up a new one to replace despite my telling him not too. When I asked how much the new one cost he said 49.99!!!! Despite me being able to buy one at Walmart for 10 bux and taking 2 minutes to install it myself. He also broke a piece off the cabin air filter access panel and said it was about to break anyways...not his fault. Recommenelded me going on Amazon to buy a new part for the part he broke. I was very disgruntled after this visit. I pay good money to come and get my oil changed here..100 dollars. This should come with exceptional service and not ignoring your customers wishes.

It was disappointing that the establishment attempted to charge the full price despite having a coupon for a 15% discount. This appeared to be a bait-and-switch tactic. Additionally, there was an attempt to pressure me into purchasing a cabin filter for $60, when it typically takes only two minutes to install and the part itself costs around $12. Charging $45 for five minutes of work equates to an hourly rate of $540, which seems excessive. Consequently, I am unlikely to return to this establishment.
