The assistant manager, Angl was AMAZING! He was super informative about my car and incredibly friendly. He really went above and beyond—top-tier customer service! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes, which was a huge plus. This place is awesome, and I highly recommend it!

Visiting this place after a long day felt less like stopping for an oil change and more like buying a front-row ticket to the world’s most unprofessional circus. The employee who “helped” me acted like a magician, except instead of pulling rabbits out of hats, they were making charges appear out of thin air while trying to keep the bill hidden like it was part of the act.
I came in for a simple oil change. That’s it. Somehow, by the end of the performance, I was billed for wipers, a tire rotation (which they don’t even do), and both filters — an impressive juggling act of services that never happened. Since my vehicle is managed by a fleet and I don’t personally pay the invoice, it seems they figured the ringmaster wouldn’t notice a few extra tricks added to the show.
After speaking with other, more reputable locations, I learned this isn’t a one-time act — this place already has a reputation for running this kind of sideshow. Based on my experience, the clown shoes fit perfectly. <3
