I told them specifically to put 35 lbs of pressure in tires and told them I know I needed washer fluid. The next morning I checked and two of my tires were low. That day I used my washers and it was empty. I called to tell them about it. I got put on hold for 10 minutes before hanging up. I had been going there regularly for 6 years. Also, they neglected to give me a new windshield sticker for next oil change. Poor service. I waited about an hour. It was busy, I get it. No excuse for the rest of it though.

The crew that worked today were excellent! Not only were they professional they were extremely personable. They also helped me with my skip plate that was loose. I would highly recommend them.
