Had a coupon for 50% off conventional. This was the 2nd time that as soon as I mention the coupon (coincidence?) they say they are out of conventional oil. They mentioned I was missing skid plate bolts on paper but didn't say anything. They did not check the air, or any other fluids. The guy underneath was swearing and saying how much faster he was than anyone else. The top side guy left oil smudges on my hood so that when I opened my hood my hands got oily. Very frustrating. Not impressed. Easily the worst experience I've ever had at ANY oil change service center in 40 years.

I called to see if they carried the oil filter for my car and the lady on the phone said yes they do. The reason I called is because I already wasted about 40 minutes at another Valvoline location and when I went into the bay, they said they didn’t have my filter in stock so they can’t change my oil. I waited another thirty minutes at the second (Fridley) location and finally went in. They said they didn’t have my filter even though on the phone they said they did but their boss went to buy one and it’ll be another 15 minutes or so. I left. Terrible customer service.
