I called to see if they carried the oil filter for my car and the lady on the phone said yes they do. The reason I called is because I already wasted about 40 minutes at another Valvoline location and when I went into the bay, they said they didn’t have my filter in stock so they can’t change my oil. I waited another thirty minutes at the second (Fridley) location and finally went in. They said they didn’t have my filter even though on the phone they said they did but their boss went to buy one and it’ll be another 15 minutes or so. I left. Terrible customer service.

Got to Vavoline at 3:35 on Sunday May 17th. As I sat in my car waiting, a worker came out and told me that the car in the bay was there last car and that I needed to leave because they closed at 4.
