Waited for well over an hour before getting serviced even though only 1 vehicle was in-front of me. A crew member came out to begin the process and fill up the fluids; he left the hood open for 15 minutes before someone else came back said that my fluids are already topped off. I was informed I’d get a discount for waiting patiently. After having been at Valvoline for over an hour and a half at this point, I found out that the discount would be $10 off. I asked to use an additional coupon that I had brought along and was informed that only 1 discount could be applied. This meant that the coupon I brought with me had more value than what was offered. Staff were unfriendly and the manager was only briefly spotted.
