Service technician by the name of W was very rude from the get go when directing me to pull and this continued in his conversation throughout. To make matters worse, he demanded cash payment from me forcing me to drive across the street to get cash while keeping a hold of my license because their system was down instead of calling for help from their tech team. Very horrible service. I will say this, his colleague was very courteous, keep him and get W out of this particular outlet! Never coming back to pay for such service experience!

So just left and asked 3 different staff including manager on duty to top off fluids. Manager on duty Anel states yes he topped them off not even checking the work. And my washer fluid still was out (low washer fluid light came back on) after leaving so confirms my suspicions on them not doing it. They did top off the fluid for vehicle in other stall, just not mine. My 15 point inspection wasn't done either. Jaime asked how my wipers and lights were doing. My battery wasn't checked. Had to ask 3 times for tire pressures to be checked as well. I definitely could tell they were short staffed but doesn't mean you tell a costumer you did something when it wasn't done. Spent over 100 dollars on an oil change so that other stuff that is supposed to be included should be done, even states this on walls in stall.
