They don't check the lights, the air filter, or the air in the tires. I'm disappointed, I won't be going back there.

There was a 30min wait, which we didn't have an issue with at all. But they didn't tell us that they were out of conventional oil until we had completely pulled into the bay and they had started the oil change and put in our information and you're basically trapped and cannot leave. They could've told us when they came to us while we were waiting in line and asked us what we were there for and told us our wait time. When they told us and we were already stuck, I mentioned that I had a $10 off coupon for a conventional oil change and that's why we decided to come that day, the girl working (named Dash) told me that they would still honor the coupon without any issues even though we were basically being forced to use the next level up of oil and that the coupon would have to be added at the end of the oil change as it couldn't just be scanned onto it because of the circumstances and that she would have her manager Damon do so. In the interim, we watched as Dash went to her vehicle and then we see her leave. At the end of the oil change we give our coupon and are told he couldn't get it to scan. We explained how Dash told us how it would work and the guy helping us complete the transaction went and got Damon (who was a younger male) and he asked us to explain again, which we did. Then Damon explain the he is the manager of the establishment and that it's not how it works. I asked why we were not told while in line about the oil being out of stock and he explained that "If you want to become an issue, I can make this experience a bigger issue as I am the manager here and so I will win in this situation." I then suggested he call his employee and verify the conversation and take the $10 off as I would not have had my oil changed at his establishment otherwise. He told me that it wasn't how things worked and that he would take the $10 off and asked that I never return to his location again. I'm sorry, but based on his actions, attitude and customer service, I will NOT return to this establishment, and I will definitely share my experience every single chance I get and make sure that I spread it to anyone and everyone to ensure that this location gets no business from anyone I know. I have a large social group and a big mouth. This really put me off is a HUGE way. It was absolutely unnecessary.

I'm always satisfied with the service I get every time I bring my b car in for an oil change. Thank you
