We visited on a Sunday, and there were only two cars ahead of us in each lane, which seemed like a normal amount of traffic. Before even reaching the service bay, we had already waited over two hours in line. Once we finally pulled into the bay, we then sat in our car for another 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging us or letting us know they would be with us shortly. There appeared to be at least eight employees working. When someone finally came over, we mentioned the wait to Andreh. His response was simply that he had been helping another vehicle, and we felt our concern was dismissed rather than acknowledged. He also seemed disengaged when asking whether we wanted any additional services, making the interaction feel rushed and impersonal. Because of that experience, we decided we'll have to go somewhere else for the additional services we had planned, as we didn't feel valued as customers. We have been to this Valvoline location several times in the past, so this experience was especially disappointing. While we were waiting, we watched several other vehicles being serviced at a steady pace, yet our car was left unattended for an extended period without any communication. We understand that businesses get busy, but after waiting over two hours just to reach the service bay, a simple acknowledgment or update would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this visit fell well below the level of customer service we've come to expect.

Able to get in and out within 45 minutes. Thought prices were not published beforehand and $103. for an oil change only seems a little high.
