I waited in line for 20 min and then was told my oil filter wasn't in stock, so they sent me to another Valvoline and I waited for 45 min for them to open at 11am and they also told me they have no filter so I didn't get an oil change. Valvoline has been doing the service work for my car for years and it was just bad not getting serviced at one location and then sent to another location with zero results.
