Almost destroyed my car. Pulled the transmition plug, not the oil. Overfilled my oil and let me drive off with my whole car shaking. No reimbursement offered and over 2.5 hours waiting for them to change my oil and then fix it.

They did explain that the service would take longer because they were experiencing some issues with their equipment so I knew it was going to take longer than normal. I got in line at 5:30 with two cars in front of me. My car began being serviced at 6:20. They told me it was going to take 15 minutes. I did not leave until almost 7. They changed my oil and even showed me the level of oil in my car which is usually near the end of the service. They closed my hood and I thought we were done. They came back and told me to put my hood back up so I thought there was something else to do. Then my car was ignored for 10-plus minutes. They finished the car behind me and then one of your employees said that I was done. So I waited there for no reason. I was furious. No communication between your employees whatsoever. I spent over 90 minutes waiting for an oil change. I use Valvoline for the speediness of your service but I could have done my oil change myself in the time I spent waiting for one. There are many places to get an oil change, I might have to choose one of those next time.
