I went to the Medina Valvoline and waited 10-15 minutes before being told that the air compressor went out and they would not be able to do the oil change or tire rotation at that time. I went to the Golden Valley Valvoline and waited a little over an hour to get in. They did a good job on the oil change, but could not rotate the tires because their lift was not working.

The manager was great, the person who did my service was not, he seemed to be either new or like to cut corners, the manager seemed to address on the spot though. For example, the guy only checked my turn signals on front but at the back only the break, not turn signals. Also, after the oil change was done he asked me to start my engine and rev it all while he was standing next to my door, without looking for possible leaks within my engine, this is what was addressed and corrected by the manager. This couple things, makes me hesitant and doubt if other anything was not properly done in my car while being serviced.

The last few oil changes I've had at this location were just great. The best part for me was the way the manager or tech communicated with me right when I pulled up. They showed me where to put my vehicle and told me how long the wait will be. I know the wait time can change, but it was great to be greeted that way. That alone will keep me coming back.
