I was happy to see 4 bays in the 2 stall facility. It made the wait almost worth it. There was a vehicle taking a while, so the wait was longer than expected.
The technicians were nice and informative. I did ask if they could fill my tires as one of them was low. I was assured they check tires and top off fluids. My tires weren’t filled though. My tire pressure dash notification was not going away, which forced me the next day to drive to multiple gas stations to find a working air compressor.
My whole reason for my visit aside from the oil change and tire pressure was to get a bent splash plate re-secured to the bottom of the vehicle (bent from the large amount of snow on the ground). It is off the ground, but might have been attached wrong, or screwed into a different place as my car rumbles and rattles now. So I guess a trip to the dealership is necessary.

Multiple poor experiences in a row. I have been a customer at this location for years and always had a great experience. Recently things have changed and I am sad to have to leave this review. There are several great employees at this location, but there is at least one employee at check-in who is very misguided and delivered incredibly poor customer.

For “owner”: I called and left your national team an account of what happened… felt like I was giving feedback to a bottomless pit :/ Little confidence anyone cares about my feedback so I will do the only thing I think will make an impact - lowering review to 1 star and permanently taking my business elsewhere.
