This was a visit that was stressful for the employees, but they really did a great job! Even with the system down, they did very well communicating everything that was going on and needed to happen. The only glitch was the pricing, but I knew the amount quoted was lower than usual, so I was not surprised to see a different amount in the invoice sent later via email. Please let them know that they are valued and we appreciate our oil changes at the Grand Rapids Valvoline.

I was hoping to get my serpentine belt changed,in that I was told at my visit before last that my belt was starting to have little cracks in it, and that it probably needed to be changed. But the manager, the only one there certified to change serpentine belts, had a fracture in her hand, she explained, so she was not able to perform this procedure during my last visit.

Their routine is so disciplined and the double checking of all the tasks being performed. I've been other places where the filter or the drain plug wasn't securely tightened and I was leaking oil. If it weren't for rain, I never would have noticed. That NEVER happens at VIOC. Won't go anywhere else.
