I have been going to the same shop or one and another town over for yearsu2026 This time the person that greeted me was very rude. He was very short with me when I tried to be friendlyu2026 He passed me on he would not even work with me he put his hands up his hands down and walked awayu2026 When I explained to him, I had Ben And the week before and my tire should be in good condition as Iu2019d had them rotated there. by the way. Two people that help me were very friendly and great customer service. But you could tell by the whole demeanor of the shop that that one person was affecting their work as well. And they did make a comment and said that he should not have done that to you, whoever he helped before put him in that mood, and that mood transferred onto me. my book Nathan if I go there again I wonu2019t get service. Iu2019ll drive to another shop. Everybody else is great. Check my last review. Loved it. Excellent service. Itu2019s funny how one bad stuff can really leave a bad impression.
