I made it clear I needed a tire rotation more than the oil change, I waited for 3 cars ahead of me. I notified 2 additional employees to consider the tire rotation before adjusting tire air pressure to manufacture specifications. Once I was in the bay and the oil change was starting I was informed they would not do a tire rotation because they were short staffed. Service tech kept attempting to up sell by citing the manufacturer’s recommendations based on “extreme conditions” operation.

Pushing the air filter replacement way too hard. Only needs replacing once a year at most. Once cover on air box did not get fully installed. Now I have to check every time. The last oil change they broke a vacuum hose connection needs a new part. Someone sent me out the door knowing that part was broken. That’s very bad. Not enough training and patience for some of these employees and can’t be trusted.
