3.0 out of 5.0

For the first time ever, I was charged an extra quarter of oil for filling the washer fluid. Until this visit, I have never been charged extra for any of the other fluids. They also did not check the tire pressure or lights. That in its self is not a big deal but when I get charged extra for service I expect it to be full service visit.

Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Thank you for reaching out. We apologize for any miscommunication about pricing. Your account shows that the Ford Taurus requires 6 qts of oil, and since our oil changes cover 5 qts, you were charged for the extra qt. Past invoices also reflect this extra oil charge. We confirm you weren't charged for additional fluids included in the service, but a temporary surcharge fee was applied. We've sent a detailed message to the email on file and hope to speak with you further.

All services were completed with care, they were efficient, and communicated with me about maintaining my car. I did appreciate them honoring the 15$ off coupon and offering a small discount on an air filter too. The total was more than double what I expected in the end but .. so is everything these days.
