I was highly satisfied not only because my helper Zachary assisted me in getting the part I needed and taught me what was happening he also showed me how to make my headlights clearer and was just super helpful all the way around and when my card only allowed half of the charge to be payed he found a coupon to help pay the other half which makes me want to give him the other half the next time I see him there.

I like the convenience of this, but have a question about billing. My last oil change was at this same location. Invoice # 70621 on 1/10/24. I was charged $109.99, -$10 for NANAPSX discount, whatever that is, $4.99 oil filter, $23.98 "extra" oil charge. Total was $138.19.On 7/10/24 #79633 I was charged $109.99, and $28.78 "extra" oil charge. My total was $148.67. On 7/10/24 I brought my own oil filter because I had visited this location a couple days before and they did not have my filter in stock. I called two other Valvolines in the area and they did not have the filter either. So I bought my own filter for $27. I understand inflation and pricing increases, but my question is why did it cost me $10 more on 1/10/24 than it did on 7/10/24 when I brought my own filter? Thanks for your time.
