Absolutely horrible service sat in the drive up for well over 10 minutes and nobody even acknowledged that I was there. I was greater very rudely like I was in inconvenience for being there trying to spend my money and support your business. They are clueless and made more training all the way around. This location is reflection of all of the valvolines I will not be returning after 20 years

Crazy valvoline tech followed me from valvoline to a store because I beeped at him for cutting me off. He was on the clock but came screaming profanities and came to my face to scream at me then went back to valvoline. Upon trying to go see a manager, he and the rest of the crew began screaming and carrying on. I was told there was no manager. So I put the video of the interaction on tik tok. Contacted valvoline but no response. They got rid of my last review. I’ll keep putting the truth up.
