I'm not sure why they recommended a service that they don't actually do there. Simply telling me to have another look by another mechanic would have sufficed. Instead I got sent to a terrible location that would have made me wait over an hour to get the service. Stick to your wheelhouse, offer fluid exchanges and observations.
