A few months ago they tried to tell me nothing was wrong with my battery. But my car wouldn't start after being turned off. Had someone else check and the battery was completely dead. And needed replacement. Today, I called asking about air being put into the tires. The SAME woman who told me the battery was fine said we need to wait in line to pull in. Husband waited 25 minutes to be told the compressor was down and they weren't able to fill the tires. So... why wasn't I told that when I called? Waste of time.
