They change my oil fine. Talked to me about doing both differentials and transfer case oil changes. Then only did the rear diff, saying they didn't have time to do the front because they'd have to remove a skid plate, and the transfer case for the old Toyota's needs to be done at the dealer. My Toyota is a 2022, so I'm not sure what that term old meant. They didn't give me a reciept prior to leaving, I went back to get the receipt and they had incorrectly marked that they replaced the front differential fluid and not the back. I've been going to this Valvoline location for 20 years or more. Unfortunately, with my last 3 or 4 visits, I'm going to move to another place for these type of service needs.
