The CSR Richard was completely incompetent. He had no idea what was going on, couldn't answer any of my questions and was actually falling asleep on his feet while standing with his arm leaning into my window. I noticed more than 2 times his eyes were completely closed for periods of time while nothing was being done to finish my oil change. The assistant manager actually had to raise his voice to wake him up. I have come to this Valvoline multiple times in the past, but this will be my last visit.
