The store clearly did not have enough staff to have each bay being worked on at the same or similar time. As a result the staff only worked on one bay at a time, never once coming out to let people know that it would be a significant wait. It ended up being over an hour, and was frankly misleading and unprofessional.

My recent visit to Valvoline Instant Oil Change was an absolute nightmare. Not only was there no story manager available to talk to. Adding insult to injury, despite arriving before another vehicle, they inexplicably served the car that arrived after me first. Their blatant disregard for basic customer service resulted in me waiting much longer than necessary, wasting my time and leaving me thoroughly disappointed. Needless to say, I won't be returning anytime soon.

After my oil change was completed and I got home, I looked at my invoice. I was charged for a "premium filter" and extra oil? I have been coming to Valvoline in the old location for years and do NOT ever recall having these charges added to my bill. I didn't request a "premium filter" nor do I ever recall it being an option asked of me in the past. Also, to my knowledge, my Kia doesn't take more than the standard amount of oid, so where did these extra charges come from exactly and why were they never mentioned? I was the last customer of the day and no one else was in the facility, so it isn't like there wasn't time and opportunity for this to be mentioned.It just ruined what was an otherwise great experience. I used a coupon that had been sent in the mail and it felt like these additional charges where somehow being used to offset that coupon. Either way, it was disappointing and has me wanting to simply go to the older facility or the competition moving forward.
