Good, prompt service. Friendly, patient. All workers were very knowledgeable/ explained things very well. You remembered to check both air filters which were both in bad shape. You changed the in-car filter. We'll be back another time to change engine filter(you did not have one to put in when we were there).

The experience yesterday was not as good as usual The service tech assigned to my car yesterday was not as good as I have experienced with other He did not want to give the full service as I usually get Instead as he came back to my vehicle with the price only for the oil change I had to ask for the other services that are usually asked Such as the air filter transmission and other services that Valvoline Oil usually offers And when I asked he was reluctant to check the air filter I asked what his problem was and he suggested the filter was difficult to get out I said to him first You haven’t tried and before you say it can’t be done ask a Team member or your Supervisor to look Needles to say one of the other guys came and finished the job. I’ve been going to Valvoline for for than 20 and I bring all of my vehicles here for all of the services they offer so to meet a service tech that did not want to complete the service and some what had an negative attitude was disappointing I’ll charge it to him being young and immature However Valvoline please make sure all of your Technicians know what services you offer to all customers and that they serve with the highest standards you offer

I brought my car here for an oil change. The very next day my check engine light came on. I am not much of a car person so it took me awhile to figure out what was going on. I went to an Autozone and got my car scanned in which an air filter and MAF sensor code popped up. Ok. I swap a new filter and cleaned the MAF sensor. Cleared the code, check engine light comes back on. I check the hood again and noticed that the Valvoline employee from this location forgot to reconnect my air-intake hose when they were checking my air filters and this was the reason why my check engine light kept coming back on.
