Took my car here Monday for an oil change and not too long after experienced smoking under the hood, and to my surprise I found oil residue after opening it. Everything that was supposed to be checked was not and they only did the oil despite not even being busy. Will not be coming back to any locations and also have to visit a mechanic now. Hoping customer support will actually do something cause this is completely unacceptable.

Showed up at 5:40, they have 3 bays full and 2 cars outside. Said they couldn’t take me because they close at 6pm when it takes 15 min to do an oil change. By 5:50 they had both cars outside in the bays and a 3rd bay open.
If I owned the store I’d be pissed for turning customers away when I could have been fit in. I certainly hope the owners sees this and looks who was manager on 2/7/26
Good remind of why it’s just easier to change my own oil, what a waste of a time.
