They took someone in that arrived after me before I was serviced. I had a Groupon that purchased for a semisynthetic oil change, but realized when they looked up my history that I’ve been getting full synthetic oil change, they could not figure out how to let me apply that Groupon on the oil change I should of gotten

Unfortunately during the oil filter change process, my coolant bypass hose was damaged. (I didn't have a leak when I came in, and had a significant leak when I left.) My dissatisfaction came from the fact that the technician asked me "did you know that you have a coolant leak?" I said no. My guess is the servicing technician under the vehicle knew he damaged something during the filter change process. I would have liked to see them own up to it, rather than phrasing it like something they just found, rather than caused. I understand accidents happen. Just take responsibility, rather than act like I came in with a gross leak.

PLEASE HAVE Maple Grove, MN Manager Riley Call US at 612-720-5977. MISSING the Limited Slip Axle Lubricant Additive for Rear Differential. My husband took in my collector car 2007 Saturn Sky Redline for oil change. They looked at records and mentioned that the Rear Diff Fluid should be replaced he agreed so they did that as well. HOWEVER....when I drove the car the next day I noticed grinding noises at the turns as though something was about to break. Thinking it was the road I let it go until Thursday when I used the car again and same thing on a smooth road. After checking the paper receipt I noticed they ONLY put in the Rear Diff Fluid and NO LIMITED SLIP AXLE LUBRICANT ADDITIVE as required per the car manual.
