I went in because less than one month ago I received an oil change. The oil plug was leaking oil everywhere. I went there to get that checked out and all they did was top off the oil, charge me FULL price and explained that they couldn’t make accommodations because they already did the service. Leon did my change. He walks around the place like he owns it

The service itself was great my concern was I came in for a fluid change on transmission. That was great no complaints but the service check was not completed they put washer fluid in . But didn't check the rest if the fluids and reciot showed they did. They mentioned they were gonna top all the fluids off but obviously they didn't cause they didn't check. I was a 1/2 quart low on which is not a big deal i was upset they stated they were gonna do them things and didn't and put on reciot they did.
