The manager, Maurice, was very friendly and did a great job communicating the process and the work to be completed. This Valvoline team works well together and seems to be joyful as they do their work. They work very quickly. They recommended additional services, but did not apply any pressure to get those services completed at this visit. Maurice offered to reset my Honda Maintenance reminder app, which was a big help. The team acted as if they really cared about me, as they interacted during the visit.

Been able to accommodate gear oil replacement front , rear and transfer case. Employee left oil prints on the hood and valance, also reached in and allowed himself to adjust my service decal to his liking not mine, I felt that was intrusive!

I went in because less than one month ago I received an oil change. The oil plug was leaking oil everywhere. I went there to get that checked out and all they did was top off the oil, charge me FULL price and explained that they couldnu2019t make accommodations because they already did the service.
