Spent a good two hours getting an oil change. There were only two employees working, and each car seemed to spend at least an hour in the service bay. The employees were great, but the service was anything but “instant”. I appreciate their hard work, but I won’t be going back for an “instant oil change”.

Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Hi there. We aim to minimize wait times, but they can vary due to our "first come, first serve" policy and our additional services. We apologize for any longer-than-expected waits and for any communication gaps. Your feedback will be shared with management for improvements.

i’m honestly wondering if this is a joke. waited over an hour and a half for an oil change, no sense of urgency what so ever. watched the manger walk out to his truck multiple times. pay the extra money and do not go here what a waste of time on my day off.
