I purposely went there Mid-week, thinking less people in line. I was correct about that, I got in within minutes. I had "Antonio" directing me in, he had me drive right into a guard rail and then said forward, come. I yelled "Good God, what are you doing??" He tried again & I got centered inside. The Mgr. checked me in, and had him take over from there. He had to reread my requested service (oil change) on the screen 3 times.It took him forever to do that. There were cars on both sides of me that came & went. I'm not certain he checked all he was supposed to, I know I had to do my own reset for next oil change when I got home. It seemed the women in the shop were good, but I wasn't so lucky. Do I have to request who changes my oil when I go there??
