I visited this Valvoline location today and was impressed by the quick service — my oil change was completed in under 20 minutes on what appeared to be a slow day. However, upon reviewing my receipt at home, I noticed a charge of $27.99 for a filter replacement that was never performed and, more importantly, never discussed or authorized by me.
This is a serious concern. Charging for a service that wasn't requested or completed is unacceptable, regardless of how minor the amount may seem. I strongly advise everyone to carefully review your itemized receipt before leaving the premises. Don't assume the charges match only what was discussed. Due to this experience, my trust in this location has been significantly compromised. I hope management addresses this immediately to prevent it from happening to other customers.Not sure if I can give one star also

This is the second time you’ve taken out my air filter and not put it back in properly. The first time you damaged the filter so badly by not seating it properly it needed to be replaced. This time it was crammed back in and only slightly smashed, but about 15 min after I left sure enough engine airflow issues. I can do my own oil, I pay for the convenience of your services, when I have to spend my time going back and fixing what you did wrong it is no longer worth while.
