Went in for a routine oil change. They did not correctly put the gasket on . It leaked oil and not just a little but a lot. Had to bring it back in the following week. My engine light and AWD light turned on and the car stopped. Luckily I got it there I time before any major damage could happen to the car .had I waited who knows what the outcome would have been.
