The guy was new, he didn't write the date on my windows sticker, he didn't check my signals, I wanted a heater core flush and was told machine was down. Also I had a $25.00 coupon that the scanner didn't work on, so I ended up paying $119.99 for a full Synthetic oil change.

Oil all over the engine. Billowing smoke when engine heated up and started making a slipping belt noise right away. I brought it back and they said they didn't do anything. It didn't do it when I came in, so they must have done something. I have been going there since 2005 and change my oil every 5 or 6 weeks due to the miles I driven for work and I have always been happy with their service. After the response I received from the manager I will NEVER go there again.
