The staff were very inviting. They came out right away for the initial contact and set up. One guy came out to air up my tires right away and asked what PSI I preferred. I was told it would be about a 20 minute wait, but it was only about 10!I could tell all the staff where confident in what they were doing and it seemed like everyone had a good work flow together. The men verified my oil level and have me a sticker. They only asked once if I needed any additional services. I was glad they didn't try to push those on me as I do all of those types of fixes myself. This is was the most efficient and professional service I have ever received at any volvoline location. I have been to about 7 locations. Very pleased with the service, speed, and friendliness of this location. I will be returning and hope to keep Valvoline my one-stop-shop for all of my possible vehicle service needs!Great work guys!

I spend a lot of money on getting a quick oil change rather than going to the dealer to pay a lot for a longer oil change. I appreciate knowing that I'm going to have a full inspection of my vehicle. This did not happen on this last oil change. I knew that I needed a new wiper blade and I was concerned about some of my other fluids and possibly having them flushed. However nobody did anything other than change my oil. I did not have my tire pressure checked, I did not see anyone check any of my fluids in the engine, I did not see anyone check my air filter, no one came and checked my cabin air filter, basically all they did was do the oil change. So I spent a lot of money and didn't get the service I thought I should have received. Had they checked my other fluids, that I knew needed changing I would have gone ahead and had them flush my transmission, brake and radiator as I was prepared to do that that day. However I will likely now make an appointment with my dealer to get those done.

Both of the staff members I interacted with were incredibly friendly as well as quite knowledgeable about vehicles, oils, filters, etc. The staff members all seemed to get along quite well, and a few times I heard them joking and laughing with one another the same way my own coworkers and I do. In short, it was a professional yet still very friendly and easygoing environment, one that was very easy to be in and to which I'll definitely return for my next oil change.
