Friendly staff, went above and beyond to keep us informed. Advised us of things on our vehicle that needed attention, but didn't pressure us. Fantastic!

If there were a way to leave zero stars, I would. I’ve never seen a group of employees so painfully slow, distracted, and uninterested in doing their actual job. The entire crew looked like they were running on 2% brain power and 98% gossip. I pulled in for a simple service that should’ve taken 10 minutes and ended up sitting there watching a bunch of grown adults standing around giggling, chatting, and carrying on like they were at a high school sleepover instead of a workplace. Not one of them seemed to know who was doing what. They moved slower than wet cement, shuffled around like they were lost, and acted like customers were an interruption to their social hour. I’ve never seen five people accomplish absolutely nothing with so much enthusiasm. Not one ounce of urgency. Not one hint of professionalism. Just nonstop talking, zero work, and the kind of energy you’d expect from people who forgot they were on the clock. If this location wants to function like a hangout spot instead of a business, that’s their choice — but I won’t be bringing my vehicle there ever again. If management cares at all, they seriously need to replace the entire crew or retrain them from the ground up, because right now they’re doing everything except their job. 12-3-25 Got here at 2:59pm it is now 3:46pmand I wrote this review while ur employees are gossiping!!
