Most of the experience was fine. The morning after the oil change my front tire was flat. I had to call AAA. The man who came noticed right away that the tire stem was loose. He put air in the tire and tightened the stem. It has held ever since. Apparently when one of your staff checked the tire pressure he did refasten the cap properly. That cost me a $20 tip and an hour of time. Poorly done.

The staff came off as very professional. The amount of time it took for the service was quick. The individual communicating with me was fair in offering up any services they could. Sometimes it comes off as selling, but they still are completely professional about offering it up and if you're not interested, they move on. I think the cost is fair, particularly when I get periodic coupon cards in the mail that keep the cost reasonable.
