The manager Benny went above and beyond to make things right. During my previous visit to this same location they had rounded my oil plug and they were unable to get it off this visit. He explained the situation, recommended my next step and offered a couple solutions. He was highly professional and I am happy with our resolution. For this particular visit, the staff downstairs were loudly joking around and there was a lot of banter back-and-forth between them and a couple of the guys upstairs. My thought while listening to this was, “I hope they don’t forget something important on my car.”

The most recent visit, I was charged for an extra quart of oil when they overfilled the oil to begin with. Didn't find this out until I got home. High prices. Incompetent service.
