I am a regular customer. Benjamin suggested the special for u201ccoolant replacement.u201d There was no high pressure sale, but the price alone was intriguing. I was thinking of doing this, so we talked about it. I okayed the service, my car has over 167,000 miles and my service manual had recommended a change at 120,000 miles. Iu2019m glad that it was done. It did take about 30 minutes, but I was glad that I did not have to schedule an appointment or return another day.Also, I had some coupons that lowered the price of my oil change as well.Feel good that I will be ready for winter.

I did my truck first then went home and got my wife' car (the Kia) and staff was great with me as I don't drive it and struggled with operating some things on it. They could have done a full service job. I paid 108$ with a coupon. Waited forever, never checked my tire pressure, never check whippers, didn't top off windshield washer fluid, spilled oil all over engine compartment, lost a socket in my engine cavity because the technician felt that going over to the other bay to pet a dog and flirt with a women was more important than tightening the bolt he was currently working on. ( literally stopped mid tighting the bolt which resulted into losing the socket all together in my engine cavity) so between losing the socket, recovering the socket, his pet and flirting time we spent an additional 20 min just waiting. Our service in general was terrible.
