asked if they could change transmission fluid attendent said no problem. 15 to 20 minutes. hour later still not getting it done told me having trouble refered to his supv. another 20 minutes no action . finally says they get it done gave me supervisors card says I can call him and complain. clams they put everything back together and was ok to drive. I dont know exactly what when on but I do not feel comfortable that my car is ok. I wll have to get it done somewhere else. poor customer service dont know if I will ever go back.
