I’m not sure of where to begin this review. I was severely disappointed in the treatment and the service that I got at this location. I pulled into one bay and was told because they were shortstaffed and training a new hire that they went down to one day as a former employee of this company I know that that would not have stood the guy in the pit doing the change itself should have and could have easily taken care of two bases with three people. And I should also point out that the experience was sour even after I was requested to move now I understand that I was in close to closing, but again as a former employee, I knew we had to give the same sort of service to the last car that we do the first car of the day. I wasn’t even greeted by the gentleman at the computer I wasn’t asked to pop my hood. I wasn’t asked any of the full service questions that they normally should have asked of a customer and I also believe they didn’t do half of the service full service on the car ahead of me. What has happened to these locations?
