Horrible. Been using Valvoline for the last 30yrs its always a hit or miss this happens to be a big Miss waiting to get a Top off. I have to save my favorite locations and AVOID this one. Still waiting and been waiting for the last 45 mins. The Maple Grove location is even worse I waited over an hour for a top off. Baxter, Mn is one of my favs, even St.Cloud is better. Anyways carry on

Avoid this location until they complete their renovation. Frustrating details below. They didn’t have the filter needed to do the oil change and so I wasted about 25 minutes between them not opening promptly at 8 am and their staff looking through boxes to find one. They then called Golden Valley and sent me there where the staff were great though I had to wait. Apparently, my experience is hardly unique as GV Valvoline told me they get tons of customers who had similar experiences. I do love, however, that this location gave me a $20 coupon for my trouble. Only problem is that every location has the same $20 coupon for new customers. So how is that useful or reasonable compensation for my time? Bottom line is if you don’t want to have the same experience as me you ought to just skip Plymouth and go to Golden Valley.
