Its about the unprofessional place I've ever seen owners should be ashamed of themselves, they run a clown service, they will lie to ya they dont ck the fittings nor front,rear drive train try to sell ya things ya dont need ,be careful people, way over priced Walmart you can get full synthetic oil for 30 dollars 5 quarts ,versus 100 + just a heads up people.

After the last oil change I had at this place, my car was leaking oil due to a loose plug. This resulted in my car breaking down 1-2 weeks after the oil change and about $400 to get another oil change and relubricate my engine. I filed a claim and, months later, it is still unresolved. Despite providing them with all information they have requested and multiple attempts to contact Valvoline Customer Care, I have not been able to get any resolution. The convenience is not worth going here.
