I was the only one in the bay. 4 staff basically standing around and talking with each other. No saftey/light checks were completed. No tire pressure checks. Based on previous visits to this same location it was very disappointing and unprofessional.

I went in expecting just a fairly quick oil change and maybe some recommendations for what to do to my car. Who I spoke with made sure everything got done, he even let me know that I did not necessarily need the oil change yet (I chose to get it because of winter and I was already there). He also tried to converse with me when he recommended something for my car, unfortunately I am introverted. It was also the fastest experience I ever had. I got in, was informed about products or oil change status and even price changes and then out it. Excellent job to the team that helped me with my car, I appreciate all that they did.
