Staff did not reset the “Service Required” light on my dashboard. This would normally not bother me except my receipt states that it was reset. This means someone had to think about it and deliberately lie to me.

First time in a long time at this Valvoline location in Roger’s, MN. I was amazed at all that they did for my oil change service. All the checks that they made. Battery check, air cabin filter, wiper blades light check, tire pressure fluid checks and topped off, soooo much more and who knows what else I missed. They were VERY professional and kind. I was extremely impressed. I don’t recall having so much thorough work being done at any other location. I will definitely recommend and will be coming back. “Officer” did an awesome job as well as all the other employees who cared for my vehicle. It was Officer’s attitude and professionalism that helped me made the decision to purchase replacements for a wiper blade, air and cabin filter. These are things I could have done on my own but the kindness I received at this time helped me to help my local business. ATTITUDE is everything. Thank you Roger’s, MN location!
