The time before this time, the only other time I've had my oil changed on my NEW car, I went to this Valvoline. I was informed on THIS visit, that the guy(s) who did my first oil change put the WRONG filter on my car! I had also had to buy new valve stem covers for my tires on the passenger side of my car after my first visit with my new car because they neglected to replace them. I won't be back to ANY Valvoline. I will go to my dealer from now on. People warned me about the Valvoline Flunkies, I should have listened.

I am new to maintenance on my car because my husband has dementia. Jeffrey explained to me some things I may want to take care of besides the oil change. I had them done. He also told me the battery needs a charge & I should do this. I left & went to a library. When I came out of the library, my car wouldn’t start. I called Valvoline & Malik & another man came to my location & jump started my car. I immediately went back to Valvoline & bought a new battery. It was so kind of them to help me out because I needed to pickup my husband at an Adult Daycare. I really appreciated their help! Great service & support for this grandma!
