We used to take our vehicles here until I sent my 16 year old to get her oil changed. I gave her specific instructions on just get the oil changed and text me everything else. She had a coupon pulled up from the corporate website. $15 dollars off. Not only did they make fun of her for her car and declining their “extra” services but a rude woman told her she couldn’t use the coupon.
I called the corporate office and filed a complaint and she agreed the coupon should have absolutely been used.
We have 3 vehicles and none of them will be going there ever again.

Always a decent experience at valvoline. They’re personable, they do what you need done, they recommend but don’t pressure you on anything beyond the service you’re there for, and it’s much more convenient than getting any service done at a dealership.
