Went for an oil change in August and with my emailed receipt there was a 20% off coupon. A few days ago I went back to this store to get oil changed again on same car. Handed the rep my coupon as soon as I pulled in. When work was done he told me the coupon shows up as used. I know it was not used but rep determined that his computer was more reliable than me. After some back and forth he gave me a lesser discount saying that was all he was able to give. So looking for a recommendation for a new place, more customer oriented, to get my oil changes.
