I was in a hurry to get my oil change because I had to do it during my lunch break. They said they had to train in someone new, which I completely understand, but I felt like I didn't have a choice in having them train newbies on my car. It took twice as long as usual, and I even tried to get them to skip services to hurry it along, but they insisted. I would suggest training in a new employee a little bit per customer.... Not go through everything every time a customer shows up. Again, I completely understand you have to train in new people, but I come here because it's easy and QUICK. Otherwise you guys were great and did a great job overall!

Asked about doing filter by the engine was told it was $25 totally fine added it on. He went into my car glove box said we should add this one on too I said ok thinking it's $25 since he didn't say price I should of asked but from this point he was up front about everything. We get to checkout $55! For a flimsy little filter. He gave $11 off but I would of never spent that it was more then the oil in my car. Also not sure if he was manager or not but he was so busy bouncing to everyone else's car he barely paid attention to my car. I know only one side of my tires got checked. Just didn't seem like he had time to focus on my car. Spending over $100 at a buisness now a days you really think about your next visit.
