I feel a little pressured to buy a back windshield wiper blade. A staff member spent a lot of time looking for my car's cabin air filter without noticing in the comments of my last visit that I had had it replaced during that visit, which was three months passed. This staff member made me step out of the vehicle onto a slippery floor and then expressed surprise that the filter looked new and was clean.

I left the shop and they never put the bolts back in to hold by skid plate in my car and it was dragging on the highway so I had to back up the ramp from the freeway and get turned around to get the bolts put back in as it drug and was about total destroyed when I got back to store. Other than that catastrophe it was a good experience!
