I wrote an email as soon as I got home. Not sure if anyone really received it.I know they were short staffed the morning I went but still no excuse.Three of my fluids weren’t even checked and when told that I needed a cabin filter I asked the cost and the manager said $24.99. I said ok. I was charged $54.99!!!I was not told about any $30 installation charge!! That is insane! I truly believe I deserve a refund.

We had a massive leak coming from the oil filter and leaked oil all over my concrete driveway. We brought the vehicle back the next day and the guys working tried telling my son it wasn’t engine oil and that something else must of happened. We replace the oil and new filter ourselves and now the vehicle is not leaking. Very disappointing.
