They are always welcoming, and helpful if I need extra services, and I needed a filter but it was not in stock but was told how to they could get it for me to replace or how to get the information if I wanted someone else to do it. This group of great individuals are the only people that I go to do get my oil changed since moving from Florida 3 years ago.

The staff onsite (aside from the manager) seemed extremely new or not very trained. They had me turn my car on again and helped me reset my oil mileage. But I noticed my oil light came on (and it wasnu2019t on when I got there) if I wouldnu2019t have asked about it - I would have left the shop. Turns out they took out the oil but never put new oil in. That would have detrimental to my car. Very frustrating.

After oil change was complete, got home and had to turn around and go back. Something was not reconnected correctly which caused loud grinding sound. Would not be quite as annoyed except this is the second time something like this has happened- one time they forget to connect a hose and could hardly keep my car running until I returned once again. Was there between the old change and fixing the issue I was there for over an hour and half.
