The wait was very long. I was in line to get the next spot but then redirected to a different, much slower line. I asked for a headlight to be replaced but the staff said they couldn't do it. I was also "sold" transfer case fluid replacement but then later told they couldn't do it on my vehicle. I was hoping to get all of my service done at one place but now I have to make multiple trips.

I have been going to Valvoline for years and I know the things that gets done for a full oil change . The lights were not asked to check , the air pressure was left high on my front tire at 51 when suppose to be at 33 -35. Nothings was asked about the service and explained. The person seemed to want to get me out of there quick . To be honest was the first time I was worried about my car when I left the place .
