Disappointed after sitting in line for 45 minutes, because they had just one lane open, I was then told they couldn’t help with an oil change because my 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee had just over 6000 miles on it and they didn’t have any information my vehicle because it was too new, so they didn’t know what kind of oil to use. So I guess if your vehicle is less than 1 year old you shouldn’t go to Valvoline.

Customer service was good. After 5k miles, oil still appeared in fair condition. Oil drain plug did not have a gasket/washer at all and appeared to be torqued down far beyond specification. Was missing 2 plastic push rivets from my splash shield as well, although I can't confirm if it was due to the service here or not.

Quick service, informative but not pushy about outstanding or recommended maintenance offerings. Only downside is not being able to see prices before arriving and pulling into the bay. Highly recommend downloading their app, there is almost always a coupon available for our changes.
