Today I brought my Porsche Boxster in for an oil change. I was at this location yesterday and I Do you understand that the vehicle I have is unique and they do not always have my oil filter in stock. So I stopped by the day before to see if they could do an oil change for me an individual at this location told me they did not have the filter in stock, but that that we would get one. I said I would come back tomorrow. I came back today anticipating they would be able to do my oil change. An individual name Randy came over to tell me that they did not have the oil filter. He proceeded to argue back-and-forth with me telling me he was not there yesterday so he did not know what went on. He also then proceeded to tell me he’s worked there for a year and has never seen my car in for and oil change. I have brought this specific vehicle in for the last 2 to 3 oil changes. I also have two other vehicles that I bring in for an oil change at this location. Regardless, the customer service here was very disappointing today. I will not be bringing any of my vehicles back for their routine oil changes and I Will be going with a different service provider going forward. While I was waiting for them and they were working on a vehicle in front of me- Randy Proceeded to talk down or an aggressive manner to another person across the bays.
