Valvoline can thank Manuel for the five stars, who certainly wins for the best costumer service I've seen after visiting various locations over the years. My Chevy Cruze has an unnecessary obstacle course to change the cabin filter; I've had multiple Valvoline employees poke around for 30 seconds before announcing they had no clue had to access it (or not offering the service at all). After I had confessed the filter hadn't been changed in two years because of this, Manuel was honest about the pain-in-the-neck process but said he was willing to try if I wanted him too. While he was a little optimistic on the amount of extra time it would take to change the filter, he did a great job with a great attitude, taking care to do things right without short cuts. Although I definitely ruined his time metrics for the day, I really appreciated Manuel's competent and honest work ethic.

Been sitting here in line since 8am...its 820....and they still havent opened their doors....edit...nobody showed up.and customer service said they dont know why nobody is clocked in...another customer was told someone would be there soon. I am at the Fridlley location. This TOTALLY unacceptable. Esp since i just got off a 12hour graveyard and work another one tonight

Zack was amazing explained everything he was doing and asked my million questions. Had a transmission service and oil change. Very professional, efficient and friendly. Give this guy a raise! 🙏 (not sponcerd) :)
