1st time the didn't put enough oil in car 2nd time the dropped the filter socket in engine bay, never attempted to retrieve it. 3rd time while waiting 20 minutes in line I asked them if they had oil and filter for my vehicle. They never checked and when I drove in the bay they didn't have the filter. Very incompetent work environment. Three strikes and you're out for servicing my vehicles.
