Tech that performed work seemed new/not knowledgeable. No recommendations or updates on recommended services. Did not check lights or adjust tire pressure. When service was complete, the tech could not receive payment, had to wait for another person to return from the bathroom to pay…waited more than 10 minutes for man to exit restroom, and then he walked around and visited with other tech in garage…finally (after a few more minutes) someone told him that I was waiting to pay. Very disorganized and unprofessional.

I sat in line for over a hour and people behind me got to switch lanes when told to by staff and go ahead of me leaving me in a over start to finish at the location almost two hole hours that’s nothing instant about it. Staff was unprofessional, jumping bay to bay and left me sitter their time and time again. His excuse was they are understaffed which I get but it’s a brand new location not even open a month get your staff together and if that’s the case close one bay instead of jumping around and having no customer service this is suppose to be INSTANT oil changed get you in and out in 15 minutes not in and out for a hour.
