Let me tell you we have never had a bad experience here. The line is worth the wait!! There is a reason there is a line! Martin Assistant manager has helped my husband and myself several times and he is kind, listens, attentive and personable and super helpful. The team at this location works well together and I always feel safe and cared for when I drive away. We have had other techs as well and all do an outstanding job. We are met quickly and the quick stuff is done before we get into bay. Always a smile and a hello from whoever approaches our car. Great place to go!!! We will be back!!

For 30 years I've had my oil changed at a shop with a lift - a neighborhood shop or dealer. I wanted it done before going out of town so chanced upon this spot. It was a little busy on a sunny Sunday afternoon but I was promptly greeted (by Raven, who also did the work), scanned in, and notified it would take a little longer than usual since they were down one technician. She also would confirm the availability of the oil my VW recommends (I didn't bring it up). Raven and other team members were great and I was done within an hour. They pumped the oil out the top since that's easier given my car's configuration. The included battery check prompted her to inquire if I took short trips (always!) since the battery was good but could be charged. Excellent confirmation before I left town. It was an unexpected enjoyable experience. Thank you!
