I didn't feel like I was being upcharged/taken advantage of which happened at a previous (different brand) oil change place, didn't feel uncomfortable or unsure around the technicians, etc. Everyone was super professional, knowledgeable, and explained things to me in a way that I (who knows nothing about cars) was able to understand. They also informed me of an issue I didn't know I had (confirmed by a different repair shop). 10/10 experience!

I paid for a wiper and they for got to put it on and I asked for a refund and they couldn’t refund me my price that i paid for the wiper that I never got and the manager gave me a coupon that expires in 2 weeks and he lied and told me it was good for 6 months so no refund for the wiper i purchased but did not receive and a coupon that expires

They said they could change my battery. When asked how much the pricing was for a new battery, they said it’d be the same as Sam’s club but failed to mention the price of the battery. They also said it’d take them 10 minutes to chnage ny car battery however, the other associate who changed ny battery was fumbling and didn’t know what they were doing. They were looking for a loose screw and then when they put in the new battery another associate had to come assist. They were looking around for screws and what not and it was clear they had no idea why they were doing so I kindly asked to have my old battery put back in my car and left. They were completely not ready for a battery change and failed at telling me the price point and also installing it without any hesitation. This made me lose trust and fate in that they knew what they were doing because it took 3 people to change my battery.
