Manager didn’t want to explain what oil I needed and wouldn’t allow me to use my coupon that worked when a different employee scanned it. Had to force them to top off my fluids cause they wouldn’t do it cause the manager got upset because I had questions. After I paid, the manager told them not to service me and they closed the hood!! Called the police on me because I wouldn’t leave without them topping off my fluids. The black man thought he was gonna shut me up and force me to leave without getting what I paid for. Did not check my tire pressure. Did not reset my oil light. The worst experience I’ve ever had at a valvoline and I’ve been going to a different Valvoline for at least 5 years. Will never go back to this one!
