My go to place for oil changes, They always do great work, are super professional and friendly! They never pressure unwanted services. Today a tech even ran across the street to auto zone to get me a new filter that they didn’t have in stock.

I went and used a 50% off coupon that I received from a pervious bad experience. During this experience, I was told once again I could not get the oil that I wanted, which was the reason for the coupon to begin with. Then once I had left my hood had not been closed properly and my hood flew open when I was on the freeway. I am VERY lucky that it slammed back down as I could have been in a car accident. I will not be coming back to any Valvoline location in the future. I would strongly recommend that you train your employees better.
