I went in for a synthetic oil change. I signed off on $124. Recharged another $7 do my credit card on be known to me. They did not drop off any of my fluids, I did ask them if they did my grease zerks and they said they don't do grease zerks because they don't have the equipment there. Then they pumped out the oil rather than draining the oil. When I asked him why they sucked out the oil rather than draining it my reply from a technician was we're afraid of stripping the drain oil nut when we put it back in. How lame is that? My recommendation is not to go there the service was terrible. I'm calling out like a referee I call it how I see it.

Had oil change a month ago. Noticed something leaving oily spots on driveway. Was at Kens auto repair. They said oil filter wasnt screwed on tight giving me an oil leak.
