The staff are always courteous and efficient. And this visit was no exception. I appreciate the checks for lights, tire pressure, etc. I always feel like its a good value to get my oil change done at Valvoline.

They don’t have their regular oil anymore?
This review applies to the locations on east county road E and the one on White Bear Avenue.
Stopped in last week on county road E in White Bear. Was told I’d need to upgrade to the more expensive oil because they ran out of the usual. Today, After waiting to get in line for 15 minutes… same thing. They should put a sign in the drive through to save us some time.
I asked for a discounted price. Nope. No concession.
Called White Bear Ave location in Maplewood to see if they had it.
Nope. That’s on back order.
When Valvoline can’t supply their stores with basic oil I’d say the next news will be they went belly up.
I’ve probably been using this location for 30+ years.
Really disappointed because they always did top notch service.
