Worst experience at an oil change I’ve ever had - waited 45 minutes first in line and had to leave because i never got in and it was gonna be another 20. What a waste of time really pissed me off. It should not take this long to get an oil change!

Came in for an oil change and said I literally just want an oil change and then proceeds to try to tell me I needed a tire rotation. I asked how do you know I need a tire rotation? She responded because your Carfax shows your last tire rotation was in 2020. That was inaccurate, my tires are brand new. Then uses a vacuum pump to “drain” my oil. When I questioned why they were doing it that way and not the standard way she replies “because we can” and tells me it’s something with my drain plug being threaded, yes it’s threaded because it’s a drain bolt. Every other valvoline does it the standard way. I paid with cash and rounded up to the nearest dollar so she didn’t need to worry about change. Says nothing just walks away with my cash. I won’t be back here again.

Ryan was extremely helpful and kind. He explained everything to me and was very cordial and efficient. Love this valvoline! Definitely recommend.
