I usually go to this Valvoline and have decent service. This time I pulled in and it seemed like I was bothering them. After the oil was changed I asked them if they could check the tires since I had a warning. I thought they did this automatically. He said there was only two of them and he would get that done at the end. I was pretty much finished at that time. I asked if he could look at my windshield washer fluid level and he said he did all the fluids. I didn’t see him but maybe he did. He did not check the lights at all. I didn’t want to ask at this point. This was the first time I went there and felt I didn’t get good service at all. I will give this location the benefit of the doubt one more time. It’s very convenient so I don’t want to go elsewhere.

Waiting in line outside the building I asked the attendant if they had what they would need to do my oil change and she said they do a lot so they should but she will check. Once inside they did not have the oil filter and had to go out and get one. One of the attendants dropped The bit for the drill driver under the hood when he was trying to access the air filter and couldn't find it and never did check the air filter. During all this confusion they also knowledge my tire pressure.

The most experienced employee was rude and impatient with staff in front of customers making it a very uncomfortable experience. They recommended a transmission fluid change but after a half hour couldn’t complete the job because they couldn’t find the correct tool. I was told to come back when they ordered the tool. I asked when that would be and no one knew. I was more upset about the way the other workers were treated, it made me uncomfortable to witness. The oil change went well. I know there are things that can go wrong but when you have customers sitting in their cars, listening to their rude conversation, it makes you feel very uncomfortable.

I made a claim #CS1220988. After going back to Valvoline they claimed that the air filter was not installed right and that maybe the problem. They installed a new free air filter but that has not corrected any of the problems my Subaru has. Errors are emission control, dynamic driving, and uphill assistance are all out. I will take it in to Subaru but that is on the 20th of this month. So oil was dripped all over the front engine cavity, so on the radiator, radiator fans, where the engine air filter is pulled from, on the wiper fluid cap. The tire pressures were off by 10 psi which is not good for Subarus. The staff was friendly and there was trainees working that day but as I can see none of it was validated by the trainers.
