Well,Direct Customer Service was good and how quick they got it done, but they NEVER DID,Top off fluids! Even my brand New $120 FULLY SYNTHETIC OIL was short, and was given a bogus reason for NOT topping off! It costed more than twice as much as a Regular shop and they didn't get it right the first time!!! I was in hurry, didn't have to argue about what should have been basic expectations, especially given their Advertising! I mean, False Advertising! Now, need to go back AGAIN! I need fluids topped off, and would like a full or partial refund otherwise I'm done! Mind you, that was my first time visiting and will be my last, as I don't like being lied too,gaslighted, etc.
