Russ was friendly, professional and overall a delightful young man!My only beef with Valvoline is the ridiculous invoice detailing my oil change:conventional oil change 51.99valvoline 5W20 conventional oil qty 6discount -7.00extra oil charge 6.99air filter 24.99So, why do you charge for an EXTRA OIL CHARGE OF 6.99? Russ said an oil change comes with 5 quarts of oil - yet your invoice lists 6 qts! Then, you turn around and charge more money!! This is confusing and borders on deception!!
