BUYER beware. If you experience any customer related issues or have damage to your vehicle due to staff negligence the store assistant manager is the only person you can speak to. The area manager Cory will not return phone calls even when the damage to your car is over $1900. They will tell you they ran the cameras to see what happened and accept no responsibility or explanation as to why damage occurred. Show me the videos and then maybe I can believe what I’m being told. Horrible customer service. Pay the fee extra dollars for some accountability. Do better Valvoline!! I will be sharing my experience with everyone I know.

Great service, specifically from Trell. Clearly cares about customer care and was very efficient in moving vehicles. Valvoline is lucky to have a team member like him.

Trell serviced my daughter’s car today. He was professional, polite and passionate about customer service and his work. Offered us all services and products but didn’t push or pressure us to buy something. He was very thorough in explaining what he was doing, and how the Valvoline oil would be useful to the longevity of our car. I would recommend that Valvoline oil company clone Trell as he sets the standard for others to emulate. Also, make him a manager as quickly as possible as he deserves it and has the knowledge and skills for it.
