they explain everything they are going. While a small thing, showing the oil dipstick to prove the level is full. Reason I changed to Valvoline is I always had my vehicles serviced at a well know tire dealership. Went to Canada, Oil light came on and there was virtually no oil. Got that taken care of and when I approached the mgr back at the store here, he said my model silverado is known for burning oil which was a total BS line. Never heard back from the district mgr either, when I escalated it. So I also no longer buy tires from that company either.

The primary technician, Va did a wonderful job in explaining services and being kind. His customer service skills are top-notch. He remained extremely patient, friendly and personable. There was a couple of newer techs and they did not know exactly what to do in every instance but he remained patient with them while teaching them. I was extremely impressed. My husband was also getting his oil changed at the same time but afterwards he also spoke very highly of Va. We appreciated his kindness and knowledge! I have received so many oil changes from Valvoline in different areas of the Twin Cities, but it was my first time at this Woodbury location but I plan to come back to this specific one based on the customer service!
