Friendly staff! The guys that did my oil change were quite young. They seemed to be mostly competent and did ask another employee for assistance when needed. The staff at the Woodbury location(650 Commons Dr) are always friendly and welcoming which is why I continue to go there. :)

When I pulled up to the door, they immediately came over, told me how long the wait would be and got my car in very quickly. The customer service person explained all the services available and made a couple recommendations which worked out. It was a little more expensive than Village Auto where I had been taking my car, but they were a lot nicer and I didnu2019t have to make an appointment and leave my car for 4 hours. It worked out much better than I expected. I went to the one in Woodbury but they just opened one in Oakdale so will probably try that one next time since closer to my house. But if theyu2019re not as nice as the staff at Woodbury, Iu2019ll go back there!

Called and said 2011 Bmw 535 oil/filter were available. Went to place, said I did not call there. Found out the number listed was Corporate? Then directed me to another Valvoline 2 miles away. Got there. Waited 30 minutes. Entered. Found out they did not have parts either. Ended up buying oil/filter elsewhere and returning to have it done. Mechanic had issue with filter. Sent mechanic to buy another filter. After some time, got the first filter resolved. My day started at 4:30pm and ended at 7:45pmu2026.
