They didn't do all the checks they did the first time I went in last time I went there was jn error on there part so I got 50% percent coupon by the Manger when the same employee was there in I asked him about it in he acted like I was a liar in that didn't sent well with me in I heard 1 employee say I'm not giving him my discount I didn't want his I wanted what I was given

Honestly they were all great. There was a minor hiccup with a piece coming off when they opened glove compartment. The person helping me was not afraid to ask for help which i appreciated! It was a struggle for a couple of them and they remained kind and helpful throughout. They had a hard time reconnecting the piece, i guess it can be finicky, and they were reassuring and patient the entire time. Great job all around. The only negative was one male worker made a comment how the female worker wouldn't know how to fix the problem, when in fact she did and knew more about than him. Maybe some training on how women are just as capable as men and gendered microaggressions are harmful.

Michael was the lead, he was fantastic! Very personable and extremely helpful!! Dillion met me outside while one car was in the bay. He noticed my high brake light was out, which I was unaware of, I really appreciated that. I also had a running light out on the passenger side of my headlight that I had Youtubed on how to replace and had no idea how I was going to do it as it seemed very complicated. Kevin went right after it and got it done! He had to remove the air cleaner and reach his hand in an awkward position to do it. That made my week, it has been our for weeks as I was trying to figure out how to get it changed. I only use Valvoline for my truck and have been a loyal customer for decades, this was the best crew I ever had. No disrespect to the other crews I have had over the years, but this one was just fantastic. This location just took over a competitors spot that is very close to my home and this is the second time I have been there. I will keep going to this location because I have found a Gem!
