Very cordial and easy to work with staff. Made small talk in a short downtime. Employee stated they were working as assistant manager due to short staff and wasnu2019t being payed the wage. I would highly suggest rewarding employees who go above and beyond on a regular. James in Belton was fantastic.

was charged 102.00 for regular oil change, somehow it says i got Synthetic oil which I did not ask for, and have never put in my car before. it is too expensive and my car does not need it. He asked me if I wanted what was put in the last time I said yes and it was NOT synthetic. He did not say how much my bill was and I did not look at my receipt before I left, which is partially on me but, that is more than 60.00 more than I ever pay. I am really upset about this because if they did put synthetic in it, it has to be that from now on. Staff was too worried about going to lunch as they were short handed and were all going to lunch at noon instead of rotating out their lunchs.

They were aloof, did not say much but just said you want an oil change and have a coupon and I will get you your sticker.

I was charged 7.99 for u201cextra oilu201d that I donu2019t think is proper. I drive a standard Toyota Highlander which has a standard crankcase capacity. The crankcase was not overfilled when I left. Where did the u201cextra oilu201d go? Did someone spill it or put it in the waste oil tank? Why should I be charged for something I did not receive?

I need a refund or something they did not put my air filter in correctly resulting in my car breaking down I brought I back up there and the women I spoke with when I walked in was extremely unhelpful and rude and then luckily Houston saw and helped me grab a code reader to see why my check engine light was on and helped me fix it but I was driving with no air flow to my engine I am extremely unsatisfied and not coming back at all . I will be contacting cooperate as well

Only one small detail. When the technician changed the cabin filter I believe he broke the glove box door. It closed fine before hand. It does not close completely now. He had difficulty gaining access and during this time I believe he broke it. He even observed while putting it back that the door was broken. Why didn't I mention it? The rest of the service was so great and even that tech was so nice, I decided to not to make a big deal out of it. It will NOT dissuade me from returning because this store is great. It's just one of those minor irritants that bother me every time I see the glove box door. That's the only reason I didn't give a five star for this visit.
