Nice customer service but didn’t do the process correctly, I use to work at this store years ago and it’s gone down hill I know how the process works and they didn’t top off my wiper fluid, I had to ask them to top off my coolant and they didn’t air up my tires. Overall very disappointed.

Found out today that on my recent oil change here that my car was overfilled by 2 quarts. Lucky for me that it was caught before any damages could have happened. Unlucky for Valvoline, you lost a customer.
