Did not replace the skid plate after service. Called them to complain. Never received a call back. Completely ignored. Not to mention I went to change my own oil on another car that they have been servicing and 11 of the 15 bolts that held that skid plate on was missing. These people have no idea what they are doing

Was in and out. Receipt showed a note "severe engine oil leak" but nothing was said to me at time of service. I observe no leak when car is parked so no idea if there is a leak internally or if it was noted by mistake.
