They were unable to drain my oil due to the type of drain plug. I've had the oil change at least 6 times since buying the truck and they were the first group to have an issue. I bought a new drain plug and another filter and will give them another try.

When I got there ,there was only one staff member and all 3 bays were full. This person is trying to do the job of 3 people. Then about 45 minutes later another staff person showed up with his lunch in hand and proceeded to eat it in the back room. Still all the while this one guy is still trying to do 3 peopleu2019s job. Guy number 2 eventually came out to help. Then 10 minutes or so later here come 3rd guy not dressed for work so he had to go change clothes before he could help. The number one guy should be paid more as he was trying to help 3 bays worth of work. Trying to make you all more profit. So it looked and felt like a one man circus. Guy one didnu2019t have time to let you know everything Sad for that locations for Valvoline.
